Tomorrow the day! #65daysto65 has arrived and I am filled with deep appreciation for the gift that is my life. I am aware that in this moment many things are exactly as I wish them to be, and there are many things that are not. I can be with both truths.
Freedom Is An Inside Job
I am aware that my mind can get caught up in all the ways life is painful amd things are unjust and I can cause my own suffering. I am also aware that in order to continue doing my soul work I have to restore and replenish my energy. For me, that means looking at the truth of my situation and how I’m navigating my own reality. This is where my freedom lies.
When I'm operating in my own integrity and remaining congruent in my thoughts, speech, and behavior, I can release worry. This doesn't mean my experience will be easy, but it will certainly be more easeful.
